April 11th and 12th, 2017 is Oregon Dairy Industries 106th Annual Conference. We want to invite you to exhibit at the upcoming conference.
There are 10 booths and 12 tables available. We need to hear from you by January 1 in order to reserve a spot for you. The printing deadline for conference booklet ads and sponsor ads was March 3rd for this. All exhibitors will be able to place 8 1/2 X 11″ size flyers in the Conference Program. Email digital ad copy in pdf or jpeg to Reitha McCabe or upload online during the online registration process. Printing submission deadline was March 3rd.
You are also encouraged to have a drawing for an item you will make available, at your display. People will visit your display and enter themselves into your drawing by dropping their business card. Those drawings will be conducted at the before lunch on Wednesday morning. During the drawing of your item, your logo will be displayed on the big screens.
There is a money saving Package Deal that includes exhibiting, sponsoring the ODI Conference, and playing golf.
We feel that your attendance is important and we want to offer you the chance to display. This is your one opportunity to reach the most important people in the Dairy Industry, here in the Pacific Northwest.
In addition to getting a chance to rub shoulders with the finest folks in the Dairy Industry, you will also be able to mingle Monday and Tuesday evening at the Supplier-sponsored hospitality suite in the Grand Hotel Board Room.

67th Annual ODI Benefit Golf Tournament
July 19th, 2017 is the 67th Annual Oregon Dairy Industries Benefit Golf Tournament at Langdon Farms Golf Club in Aurora, Oregon. Proceeds benefit the OSU Bodyfelt Scholarship Endowment Fund. You can form your own foursome or be placed in a foursome. The price is $185 per person and includes green fees, golf cart, awards, lunch and raffle.
This is a great time to network, raise money for a great cause, have fun in the sun, and support Oregon Dairy Industries.
Hole Sponsorships are available for $1000. A sponsorship includes 1 foursome. There are other sponsorships available (i.e. cart signage, driving range, lunch). Check out the registration form for more information. You may also prepay with one payment when you sign up for the ODI Annual Conference online, via fax, mail, or email. There are several money saving Package Deals that include golf, sponsorships, the conference, and even exhibiting.
